Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 3/4 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. peppercorns (I use 1 Tbsp. black pepper instead)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Make 2 round loaves.
    Wrap in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Punch holes in top and bottom of foil. Place on broil pan to allow excess grease to drip off.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Keep refrigerated.
