Grandma Dykun'S Fresh Kosher Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cloves garlic
    1 handful pickling spice
    3 qt. water
    14 pieces fresh dill
    6 Tbsp. kosher salt
Preparation
    Boil water. Make brine with salt.
    Peel garlic and put on bottom of jar with half dill.
    Pack cucumbers in a jar.
    Put in spices.
    Add brine.
    Put rest of dill on top.
    Add heel of rye bread.
    Fill to top with brine.
    Cover.
    Set at room temperature 1 week.
    After that, refrigerate.
