Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain very well.
Combine with rest of ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Roll into balls the size of large marbles.
Freeze on cookie sheets; remove and store in plastic bag in freezer.
To serve, bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly browned (7 to 10 minutes, if unfrozen).
Makes about 80.
