Potato Deluxe Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns, thawed for thirty minutes
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 carton sour cream
1 stick oleo, melted
8 oz. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put 1 cup of crushed potato chips on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
