Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    4 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    fat or oil (for deep frying)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs with milk; gradually beat in flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Beat until very smooth.
    Holding the opening of a funnel closed, fill funnel with the batter.
    Open the end of the funnel; let dough run out in a stream into deep, hot fat (375\u00b0). Move the funnel to make a pattern, starting at the center of the pan and swirling batter outward in a circle.
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
    When cakes are done, drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
    Very delicious.
