Ranch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    2 pieces garlic
    2 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 can Ro-Tel chile tomatoes
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Saute peppers, onions and garlic in a small amount of margarine.
    Add browned ground beef, chile tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, sugar and salt.
    Cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with Mexican corn bread or regular corn bread.
