Stewed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing hen
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can peas
    1 pkg. wide noodles
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in about 2 cups broth from chicken (cooked).
    Cook noodles in salt water; drain and rinse.
    Bone and dice cooked chicken.
    Combine all ingredients into casserole. Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Add more broth if casserole becomes dry.
