Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    5 or 6 apples
    1/3 c. raisins
    3 to 4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Spread sour cream over fillo pastry.
    Peel and core apples. Cut into slivers and arrange on top of sour cream.
    Sprinkle with sugar, raisins and nuts.
    If too liquidy, add bread crumbs.
    Brush fillo dough sheet with butter (butter flavored Pam may be used). Place filling on fillo dough and roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Place on buttered baking dish.
    Brush with more butter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
