Ratatoulle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small eggplant, sliced 1-inch thick
    2 zucchini squash, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/4 c. salad oil
    5 tomato wedges
    1 garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saving tomatoes:
    You don't have to can that last batch of tomatoes from the garden or farmers' market.
