Barbecue Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can Big Country biscuits
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and peppers in skillet.
    Add barbecue sauce.
    Simmer while fixing biscuits.
    Mold biscuits in a greased muffin tin.
    Fill with beef mixture.
    Top with cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
