Sweet And Sour Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. stewing beef cubes
    1/2 c. water
    3 carrots, shredded
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt (if desired)
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, brown half the meat at a time.
    When all meat is browned return to pan.
    Stir in next 10 ingredients.
    Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours or until desired tenderness.
    Blend cornstarch and water.
    Stir into sauce mixture and cook until it is thick and bubbly.
    Serve with cooked noodles.
    Garnish with carrot curls and a little parsley.
    Easy but good!
