Cheese Cake Surprise(Makes Own Crust As It Bakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1 c. sour cream
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Beat cheese until well beaten.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Add sugar and extract.
Beat until smooth, thick and lemon colored.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool 20 minutes.
