Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Chop and use 1/3 cup stems. Saute stems, onion and green pepper in 3 tablespoons of the margarine.
    Mix in remainder of ingredients, then stuff caps.
    Use remaining 1 tablespoon margarine to grease pan and place caps in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
