Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut (I use kraut in jar without vinegar)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small jar pimientos
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat the water, vinegar, oil and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
    Drain kraut; rinse several times in water and squeeze until dry.
    Add all ingredients and stir well.
    Serves 10 to 15.
