Avocado Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation

Mix avocados, lemon juice, garlic salt and salt.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, stirred, until dip is thick enough for dip and not too runny.
Drop avocado pits into dip to keep from turning brown.
