German Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 bunch leeks
    4 strips bacon
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    4 carrots
    2 potatoes
    4 c. broccoli pieces
    4 c. water
    6 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Dice onion,
    leeks,
    bacon
    and
    mushrooms and saute in oleo. Add
    cooked
    and
    diced carrots, potatoes and broccoli. Add water and
    bouillon cubes and simmer 1 hour.
    Add 8 ounces cream cheese and simmer until melted.
