Pork In Apple Cider Stew(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into cubes
    2/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. apple cider
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 small onions, sliced
    1 tsp. rosemary
    2 bay leaves
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dredge pork in flour.
    Heat oil in saute pan and brown pork quickly.
    Drain pork on paper towel.
    Drain oil.
