Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and seasoned to taste
2 medium onions, sliced
5 medium potatoes, sliced
1/2 can kidney beans
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. diced celery
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Select good size shrimp.
Precook bacon so it is still not all the way done.
Cut bacon big enough to wrap around the shrimp, holding together with toothpicks.
Place aluminum foil on grill and spray with Pam.
Mix ketchup and horseradish to taste.
Place on grill to cook with sauce.
