Ingredients
    8 to 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    8 to 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 to 4 oz. Parmesan cheese
    2 bunches parsley
    1 pkg. manicotti noodles
    1 to 2 qt. sauce (pre-prepared)
Preparation
    Prepare the noodles per instructions on the package; use olive oil and garlic salt in the water to boil the noodles in.
