Cold Sesame Noodles(From Gourmet Magazine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. linguine or lo mein noodles
    chopped scallion and cucumber (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, vinegar, pepper flakes, brown sugar, peanut butter, oil, ginger and broth.
    Simmer the mixture, stirring, until thick and smooth.
    Let cool slightly.
