Linguine With Triple Red Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large cloves garlic
    1 red pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed red peppers
    1 (7 oz.) jar roasted peppers (these can be sliced)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley (optional)
    1/2 lb. freshly cooked linguine
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
    Add garlic, diced bell pepper and crushed red pepper.
    Saute until bell pepper softens about 5 minutes.
    Add roasted peppers, linguine, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Toss until coated.
    Season with salt and pepper.
