Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. veal, 1/2-inch thick
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Coat veal with a mixture of flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Heat garlic and oil in a large heavy skillet until garlic is slightly browned.
    Add meat to oil and garlic in skillet, brown slowly on both sides.
