Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms, remove and chop stems
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    chopped stems
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. tarragon (or garlic)
    4 Tbsp. cream to moisten
Preparation
    Saute onions and stems in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients. Fill cups of mushrooms with the mixture and top them with melted butter.
    Place in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
