Hungarian Beef Pot(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 to 2 tsp. sweet Hungarian paprika
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, brown meat. Stir in onion.
    Cook until soft.
    Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, mustard and garlic powder. Simmer, covered 6 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and paprika.
    Heat slowly to prevent sour cream from curdling.
    Do not allow mixture to boil. Serve beef mixture over hot cooked noodles.
