Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. cabbage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 carrot
    1 green pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Let cabbage and salt stand for 1 hour (press juice out of cabbage).
    Add carrot and green pepper.
    Boil for 1 minute the vinegar, water, sugar and celery seed.
    Pour mixture after it cools over cabbage and freeze.
