Vegetable Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. each: oil and red wine vinegar
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 tsp. each: marjoram, dry mustard and salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked and drained
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento or red pepper
    pimiento strips and parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix well oil, vinegar, garlic, marjoram, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Add broccoli and peas; toss to mix well.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Add cabbage, carrots and chopped pimiento; toss to mix well.
    Garnish with rolled-up strips of pimiento and parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
