Mushrooms Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Swiss or mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Chop mushrooms lengthwise in 1/4-inch slices. In a large frypan, melt butter.
Saute mushrooms until lightly brown.
Cover about 2 minutes. Blend sour cream, salt, pepper and flour.
Stir into mushrooms. Mix in pan and heat, stirring until boiling begins. Remove from heat and pour into shallow pan. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese over top.
Refrigerate until ready to bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
