Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti (3 c., cooked)
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well-beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti.
Drain.
Add 1 teaspoon butter.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form mixture into a \"crust\" in 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.
Brown beef, green pepper and onion.
Drain fat.
Stir in tomatoes, paste, sugar and seasonings.
Heat through.
Turn meat mixture into pie plate.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
