Vegetable Soup(Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. water
    2 potatoes, chunked
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    2 zucchini, chopped
    2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Place water and soy sauce in a large pot.
    Add vegetables. Bring to a boil.
    Add seasonings; simmer over medium-low heat about 45 minutes.
