Tomatoes Stuffed With Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 tsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves, optional
    2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove stem ends from tomatoes.
    Scoop out pulp and seeds.
    To stuff each tomato, fill each with 1/4 cup frozen peas.
    Dot with 1/4 oleo.
    Sprinkle basil on each and top with cheese.
    Place tomatoes in pie plate in circular form.
    Microwave on medium 6-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Serves 4.
