Mango Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiled dry mango (not mushy)
    1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 to 2 unbeaten eggs
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 medium onion
    2 to 3 leeks, diced (green onion)
    2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add unbeaten egg and mix well. Drop by spoonful in hot oil in a deep frying pan until crispy outside, soft inside.
    Serve with ketchup or soy sauce with lemon and crushed garlic.
