Pineapple Halwa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can condensed milk
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. sooji
Preparation
    Drain the canned pineapple in a colander for about 45 minutes.
    Melt 1/2 the stick of butter and add 1 tsp. sooji.
    Stir this continuously until aroma arises.
    Then add pineapple.
    Keep stirring for 10-15 minutes.
    When it becomes sticky, add condensed milk and keep stirring until the milk forms lumps.
    Add the remaining 1/2 stick of butter.
    Keep stirring until golden in color, about 10-15 minutes.
    Decorate with almonds or pistachios if desired.
