Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce together well with hands.
    Form into balls (walnut size).
    Place in pan or on cookie sheet.
    Brown on all sides on top rack in a hot oven.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Place in large cooking pot tomato sauce, bring to a boil.
    Add meat balls and simmer 1 hour.
