Easy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 large potatoes
    4 boiled eggs
    1 cup celery, chopped fine
    1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
    1/2 cup Mayo
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix mayo, onion, celery, sour cream, mustard, pepper and salt.
    Add to potatoes that have been peeled, cubed, and boiled.
    Mix well. Add chopped eggs and blend gently.
    Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
