Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. pickles
    6 small onions
    1 pt. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Grind pickles and onions.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Put in colander and drain.
    Cook vinegar, sugar, salt and spices.
    Cook a few minutes.
    Add pickles and onions and cook 5 minutes.
    Put in pint jars and seal.
