Meat Loaf 'N Cheese Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. (1/4 box) crackers
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Crumble crackers and mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pat meat mixture into a rectangle (on waxed paper).
    Top with cheese and roll like a jelly roll.
    Seal ends and side.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
