Beef Rouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into 4 to 5 pieces and pounded flatter
    Stove Top stuffing
    sliced mushrooms
    sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    gravy mix
Preparation
    Put a portion of stuffing in center of meat.
    Tie meat in roll with a string.
    Brown meat rolls in a large pan.
    Saute onions; add water to pan.
    Add seasonings and gravy mix.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add mushrooms 15 minutes before serving.
    Be sure to cut strings before serving rolls.
    Serve gravy separately.
