Hot Bean And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) can condensed bean with bacon soup
    1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped canned green chili peppers
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    dash of garlic powder
    corn chips or tortilla chips
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup water. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until heated through.
    Transfer to fondue pot or small chafing dish.
    Keep warm over fondue or chafing dish burner.
    Add water to thin, as necessary.
    Serve with chips.
    Makes about 2 cups.
