Famous Rotel Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation

Melt cheese spread in a double boiler. Stir in tomatoes. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or assorted raw vegetables.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
