Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. milk
1 pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg. fettucini noodles
broccoli
mushrooms
carrots
Preparation

Chop all vegetables.
Begin to boil water for noodles and cook according to box instructions.
With stove on low-medium, heat milk slowly.
When the milk is hot, break up the cream cheese and add to the pot.
After cream cheese melts, add the Parmesan cheese.
After that cheese melts and when noodles are almost ready, put vegetables into sauce and cover the pot until the veggies are as tender as you like.
Serves 3 to 4 (unless one of those people is a teenager).
