Hunter Spuds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium peeled Russet potatoes
1 large onion
1/2 lb. bacon
salt and pepper
water
catsup
Preparation
-
Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
Chop onion.
Place in large pot and fill with water to cover.
Cook until tender.
Dice bacon and fry until desired doneness.
Mix bacon and grease into pot with potato onion mixture.
Mix lightly so potatoes will not mush. Serve with catsup.
