Cheese Logs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 sticks butter, melted
2 large loaves white sandwich bread
Preparation

Cut crusts off each slice of bread and roll out flat with rolling pin.
Blend cream cheese, egg yolks and 1/3 cup sugar to consistency of mayonnaise.
Spread cream cheese mixture on bread slice and roll up, jelly roll fashion.
