Oven-Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 lb. beef brisket
    2 oz. commercial liquid smoke
    celery salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    pepper and salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    commercial barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Pour liquid smoke over brisket placed in a baking dish. Generously sprinkle meat on both sides with celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt which tenderizes it.
    Place in refrigerator, covered, overnight.
    Next morning, sprinkle both sides of meat with salt and pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 4 to 5 hours in 275\u00b0 oven.
