Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    2 tsp. grated lime rind
    1 egg yolk, well beaten until stiff
    1 can condensed milk
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. lime juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add lime rind and juice. Add egg yolk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Add condensed milk. Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in beaten egg white.
    Form into pie crust.
    Chill several hours.
    Top with whipped cream. Serves 6.
