Steak Supper Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 beef cubed steaks (1 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 French bread slices
    1/2 c. chili sauce or catsup
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    parsley sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    On wax paper, mix flour and salt.
    Use to coat beef cubed steaks.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot salad oil, cook steaks until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes.
    Place each steak on a slice of bread on warm platter.
    Keep warm.
