Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    jalapeno pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and chopped pepper (to taste). Drain.
    Mix flour, meal, eggs, oil, corn and milk together.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into greased pan.
    Layer ground beef mixture, then Cheddar cheese.
    Top with rest of batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until done.
