Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. shredded process cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain; melt butter, blend in flour and add milk.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add seasonings.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese; stir until melted.
    Place cooked macaroni in greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour sauce over macaroni.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
