Cubed Steak And New Potatoes Pizzaiola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small new potatoes
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 cubed steaks (1 lb.)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, broken up
    4 cloves garlic, halved
    1/4 tsp. each: oregano and salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In covered large, heavy skillet over low heat, saute potatoes in oil for 10 minutes, shaking skillet occasionally.
    Push potatoes to one side.
    Add meat; brown meat quickly over high heat, turning once.
    Reduce heat.
    Add tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes and meat are tender.
