Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
    3 c. sliced ripe peaches
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan.
    Stir until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat until bubbly and thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Cool.
    Serve with whipped cream.
