Oatmeal And Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (Crisco)
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. oats
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Cream shortening, brown sugar and sugar.
    Add eggs and hot water, beat well.
    Add flour, soda, oats and vanilla.
    Mix well. Stir in chips.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
